Training Officer Designing Training Programs (TR-O)

Responsibilities:

• Handling training & development project.
• Designing Training Programs (External and In-House Training), Training Need Analysis and Trainning Evaluation Activity.
• Estimated the cost based on the results of training needs analysis.
• Manage training database.

Requirements:

• Female/ Male Age max. 28 years old.
• S1 degree in Psychology from reputable universitywith GPA min. 3.00.
• Min. 3 year experience in handling training program.
• Familiar with Ms. Office programs and English literate it must.
• Handling training & development project.
• To ensure that the Training Program provides for the training needs identified at appraisals.
• Mastering identification of training needs, designing training programs and product knowledge of training module, training evaluation also delivering training itself.
• Creative, good interpersonal relationship, high degree of initiative, fast learner, persistence, hard worker and able to work under pressure with tight deadline and with minimal supervision.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels within an organization.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree S1 in Broadcast from reputable University.
• Minimum GPA that you must have is 3.00.

• Any experience in production television or production house as a Production Assistant is preferable.
• Having good knowledge, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have passion and strong motivation to work in broadcasting industry.

Reporter News [REP-NEWS]

Responsible for the coverage to get the latest news from the actual sources for the news program aired in accordance with the directives of the producer concerned.

Requirements :

• S1 any discipline, preferably from the journalistic.
• From reputable university with GPA of at least 3.00
• Age 23-26 years old.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a reporter (but fresh graduate are encouraged to apply).
• Skill competancy : news writing, video & audio techniques, edting, creative.
• Good looking, at least 160 cm tall.
• Having good skills in English language.
• Tenacious, persistent, able to team work, able to work under time pressure, able to work within the extensive work.

Scriptwriter / Creative Team [Creative]

• Research materials for supporting the program needs.
• Producing creative ideas
• Create a rundown, scripts, treatments and break down the script, cue cards.

Requirements :

• Female/ Male Age max. 25 years old.
• S1degree in Broadcast from reputable university, with GPA min. 3.00
• Min. 1 years experience as scripwriter, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Having good writing system.
• Must creative, energetic people,ambitious, hard worker, assertive.
• Have great interpersonal and communication skill.
• Able to work under pressure and work in fast paced enviroment.
