PT. Sulzer Turbo Services Indonesia, a European company established in Indonesia for over 16 years, as one of the world's most comprehensive independent providers of repair, overhaul and maintenance services for rotating equipment (gas & steam turbines, compressors, generators, motors and pumps), either in a workshop environment or at a Customers site.

Mechanic Supervisor
Work Location: Purwakarta

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all mechanical personnel at the workshop
• Support delegation to the field service assignments
• Review and analyze mechanical works in the workshop.
• Ensure that all the mechanical works are carried out as per instructions and meet the quality standard in safe, efficient and timely manner
• Inspects and approves each immediate step of job progress
• Responsible to Production/ Shop Manager

Your Profile :

• Having completed mechanical engineering degree (min S-1) from reputable university
• Having minimum 5 years experience as mechanic senior or supervisor in the field of services and repair of gas/ steam turbines, compressors, pumps, centrifugal compressor, pump, turbo expander, turbo compressor and gearbox and other rotating equipments.
• Preferably having experience with companies background in oil and gas, petrochemical industry, power plant, fertilizer plant, engineering services, heavy industries or other similar

General requirements

• Familiar with mechanical tools and equipments
• Having good supervisory and strong leadership skills
• Capability to guide, coordinate and motivating co-workers
• Good communication skills and having good reporting skills
• Able to communicate actively in English language and computer literate
• Able to work under pressure and be flexible.
• Ready to work extra time and be flexible to suit the production work load requirement.
• Consistently to follow and obey the HSE matters at shop and site
• Familiar with ISO 9001-2000, ISO 14001-2004 and OHSAS 18001-2007 procedures and implementation
• Willing to relocate and work in Purwakarta/ Cikampek, West Java
