GarudaFood is a food and beverage company subordinated to Tudung Group. In addition to GarudaFood, Tudung Group also subordinates SNS Group (PT Sukses Niaga Sejahtera, operating in distribution and logistic business) and Tudung International (international operation).


GarudaFood Group had originated from PT Tudung, it was established in Pati, Central Java. The company founder is the deceased Darmo Putro, ex-warrior who had chosen to engage in business sector after the independence of Indonesia.

In early of 1987, TPJ started selling its peanut production products using a brand of Kacang Garing Garuda, which was recently known as: Kacang Garuda. Kacang Garuda earned the following awards: Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Award (ICSA) under the category of branded peanut for eight times consecutively (2000-2007); Superbrands (2003); Top Brand for Kids (2004); Indonesian Best Brand Award (IBBA, 2004-2007); Top Brand (2007).

There are three interrelated elements highly noted in the company to exist and to mutually strengthen, namely employees (right people), system, and facilities. The company views that the "right people" is in principle the main asset of the company who must have competency and also sound attitude which conforms to GarudaFood's culture. In addition to "right people", GarudaFood has also a system called GMS (GarudaFood Management System).

Besides considering the development of people and system, GarudaFood also builds a system of compensation and benefit, career path, career planning, and learning program to fill the personal needs of its employees so they become satisfied. These are aimed at achieving the quality of work and quality of life.

In addition to the personal life of employees and their family (Quality of life), the work environment (Working life) is also continuously developed. From here arises Knowledge Worker concept, namely employees, besides being competent, are also satisfied. Therefore "Knowledge Worker Model" in GarudaFood has two main aspects, namely competence (skill, knowledge, and attitude) and employee satisfaction (in regard to quality of life and working life). LEGAL OFFICER (LOW)
Requirements
  • Male, max. 32 years old.
  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Law from reputable university.
  • Min. 3 year experiences as Legal Officer in F&B Industry.
  • Having good Knowledge in Business Law, Company Law, Contract Law, Civil Law, Civil Procedure Law, Labor Law.
  • Experienced in reviewing and drafting of commercial legal documents and negotiating contracts.
  • Posses strong legal writing/drafting skill, facilitating skill, negotiation skill, Analytical skill.
  • Able to work independently in fast-paced changing environment
  • Having access and good communication to the related institution on Jabodetabek, eq. BPN,BPN,Bapedalda,P2B, etc
  • Willing to travel intensively.
LEGAL MANAGER (LGM-W)
Requirements
  • Male, max. 35 years old.
  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Law from reputable university.
  • Min. 3 year experiences as Legal Manager in F&B Industry.
  • Having good Knowledge in Business Law, Company Law, Contract Law, Civil Law, Civil Procedure Law, Labor Law.
  • Experienced in reviewing and drafting of commercial legal documents and negotiating contracts.
  • Posses strong legal writing/drafting skill, facilitating skill, negotiation skill, Analytical skill.
  • Able to work independently in fast-paced changing environment
  • Having access and good communication to the related institution on Jabodetabek, eq. BPN,BPN,Bapedalda,P2B, etc
  • Willing to travel intensively.
FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER (FAMW)
Honest and Ability to lead subordinates accounting, finance, tax and audit accounting and financial applications Mastering
Requirements
  • Male or female, age max. 35.
  • S1/S2 of Accounting.
  • 2-3 years experience as a FA Manager.
  • Master of Accounting, Finance, Tax.
  • Master of Accounting and Finance Application program.
FINANCE & ACCOUNTING (FASW)
Requirements
  • Male/Female, max. 32 years old.
  • S1/S2 degree in Accounting from reputable university.
  • Have an experience min. 2 years as Accounting in F & B Industry.
  • Have a certification of Brevet A/B.
  • Have knowledge and Skill in Cost Accounting, Finance, Tax Regulation, SOP.
  • Familiar with ACCPAC application Program.
Transportation INTEGRATION OFFICER (TIO-W)
Monitoring GIT (Good In Transit) Data Track Record, 2. Make a daily report GIT 3. Making a report accumulation container 4. Create reports OTD 1 (weekly and monthly) 5. Creating OA Budget report Yearly Target
Requirements
  • Male, age max. 35.
  • S1/S2 from all majors.
  • 1-2 years experience as a Transportation Staff in Shipping Company.
  • Having the ability to arrange delivery of goods.
  • Has experience in monitoring GIT (Good In Transit) Data Track Record, make daily reports GIT.
  • Have experience of reporting the accumulation container.
  • Having the experience to make the report OTD 1 (weekly and monthly) and OA Budget Yearly Target
  • Able to operate computer (MS Office, Programming Visual Basic).
