Loan Administration Staff-JAK100902

• Assess staff loan application
• Check documentation completeness
• Prepare and maintain customer database

As the title suggests, you will assess staff loan application and check documentation completeness such as ID, Kartu Keluarga, marriage certificate, spousal consent and house appraisal. This will inturn assist in preparing Credit Agreement for Staff housing, COP, Car, Multi Purpose loan and in preparing Security arrangement and Credit Agreement signing for Staff Loan including liaising with the appointed notary.

By collaborating with insurance companies for Staff Loan purpose, you will administer and safe keep Staff Loan original file. To attain efficiency, the candidate should also prepare and maintain staff loan database reports. Providing friendly and responsive customer service to both internal and external customers using excellent customer services skills will be highly important to the role.
Qualifications

To succeed, you should bring to business sound knowledge in Bank policy and procedures and experience in ledger and generals. Excellent customer service skills, good communication skills and good understanding of front/back office processes and procedures will also be required.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must possess 2 to 4 years of sales experience from diverse industries with sales and service oriented background and profession including but not limited to Banking, Insurance, Property, Retail, Hospitality, futures & trading. You must possess a passion for sales and customer service orientation. Possessing excellent communication, interpersonal skills and good presentation skills would prove advantageous. Knowledge of basic Banking products would be an advantage as well
